Intense straw yellow with greenish hues; bright and glyceric.

The first impression to the nose is one of subtlety. Creamy toasty notes of very fine, well-integrated wood gradually appear. Light notes of fine pastry, clean fruit aromas, grapefruit, pears and white flowers.

Good entry. Dry, with good acidity present until the end, giving it tension. Subtle oak, delicate toasty notes and an enveloping creaminess provided by the lees. An elegant, persistent finish takes us back to the subtle oak.
